Personalised support to help your family understand what’s going on with your child, why it’s happening and most importantly - how to make it better!
 
When your child is struggling with big emotions, anxiety, behaviour, or confidence, it affects the whole family. It’s emotionally draining on everyone. It often feels like you’ve tried everything — but nothing has made a real or lasting difference.
Most families I work with desperately want to help, but just don’t know how.
 
That’s where I come in.
 
I offer personalised support for both parents and young people — 1:1 or in person — depending on what feels right for your family. Nothing is generic. Nothing is one-size-fits-all.
 
Every child is different, every parent is doing their best, and every family needs a different approach. Together, we get to the root of what’s going on, work through the challenges step by step, and help you get out the other side with simple strategies that actually work.
